My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

Watching was charging woke up to screen with a X after reboot still doesn’t turn on, when screen is on ( which now it’s off ) screen didn’t move. Contacted customer services giving me 50% really my Fitbit 5 is maybe 2-3 years old. Sorry not good enough google support. Anyone else having this problem

Mine is doing the same thing. My last one did it a year ago and had to be replaced after only about 12 to 18 months of wear. Sometimes, it will stay on for a few hours, then shut off. I asked if they would give me a discount instead of another replacement because I no longer trust this model, and they gave me 35% off. I live overseas, so they won't even mail the replacement, but they can only do 35% off when every comparable model is more expensive. Not good enough.

You are correct, ever since goggle took over
I haven’t been impressed.
I’m still waiting on a response from the customer service ( that’s professional ) I have spent hundreds of dollars on these devices so I’m not quitting
