My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

The worst ever product from fitbit and I bought this product. Now I am feeling bad about this product after using just 14 months. The awesome feedback I got is - purchase a new fitbit watch. This is an awesome reponse from fitbit support. 

I suggest people NOT to buy any product this faulty company.

Thanks for your question about why we did not offer a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Please note that our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Charge 5 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies. Hi @Marre, I appreciate your response to my thread, I understand you have a standard warranty policy but, not only me thousands of people are facing the same issue and request the Fitbit people look seriously into the issue. I have reached your support team and they gave a valuable suggestion to by a new product, which no customer likes to buy again for a useless product
