When did Fitbit become a rubbish company? Customer service used to be great I’ve had to have 3 replacements for my charge 5 but getting help was easy. NOT SO NOW! over the years I’ve had Fitbit I’ve bought them as presents for many family members they had excellent customer service. Bitterly disappointed in their new customer service. Out of pocket, and tried since start of September to get a replacement. They sent me a label for dhl tried three places label wouldn’t scan. Phoned them they sent another guess what same paid £9.50 to post it to the address in Netherlands, waited 3 weeks nothing said they didn’t have it. Tracked it waiting for collection in Netherlands went through the stupid chat thing twice sent postal reciept still nothing. Then package came back to me. Basically they said what do you want us to do ? I like the charge 5 I’ve had different models and have upgraded several times when fitbits break which let’s face it they do often. I was willing to put up with it as they have always replaced within a few days. I’m left with a broken Fitbit, I’m using my husbands one to keep my data as he is not a fan after 2 replacements. The change to google has been a disaster. When this one breaks I’ll get another type. Fit bit will never get another penny from me. Disgusting customer service does not even start to describe how I have been treated. I reckon with two sons two daughter and 5 grandchildren I’ve spent a lot of money buying fitbits over the years.
