My Fitbit Charge 5 stopped working, just like my mom’s did a few months ago. Back then, it took literally 15 minutes to arrange a replacement shipping order with Fitbit (this was before Google acquired Fitbit). Now, after days of trying, there’s still no solution! They provided the wrong address, the wrong serial number on the shipping label, and customer service has been unresponsive. I’ve spent hours on long calls without any resolution. Google’s handling of this issue gives the very clear impression that they’re simply not interested in solving it.
