My fitbit app keeps turning OFF health metrics, despite me keep turning it ON

My fitbit app keeps turning OFF health metrics, despite me keep turning it ON.

I turn it on, close the app, restart the app and it still asks  me to turn health metrics on again. 

I have signed in and out of app, signed in and out online, restarted phone, checked settings, nothing cures this problem.

Please fix this glitch

I am having same issue looks like my data is missing.  Very frustrating

I lost two days worth of data with this last update on my Charge 6…so frustrating.

Mine started with the latest update to IPhone in Sunday night…11th August… you can reactivate it but it switches back off when you close the app

Please let us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far.

What version of the Fitbit app are you using? To find this info:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page.
  • Tap Help in the menu that opens
  • The Fitbit app version info will be on the page that opens

Also, are you an iOS or Android user?

I’m on Fitbit 4.48, on an iPhone with iOS 18.6. I have noticed that in the past ~48 hours this has no longer been an issue. I haven’t updated anything, so I’m not sure what resolved it. But it seems to be working normally again.
