My fitbit charge 5 does not always wake when I tap the screen

Mine neither, it mostly doesn't work. It starts occuring even when I try to turn off the alarm.

I had the same issue which I solved by turning off the sleep mode. Hope that help.

For me it  doesn't, my sleep mode is not 'on'.

same here, like RHR unreliability, problem is spasmodic.
