Did you even tap on your readiness score to see what it is based on? You seem to think it is based only o zone minutes, and that is not correct.
Best AnswerYes I did. It is showing
Activity: Intense
Recent Sleep: Moderate
Heart Rate variability: Average
When I click on Activity, it says: "Way to go above and beyond! Yesterday you earned 15 zone mins, much higher than your weekly average. It's important to make time for recovery".
All of this is correct, but the advice is still funny 😄
Best AnswerSorry. I guess I misunderstood. I thought you meant 'hilarious' as outrageously unreasonable, rather than literally funny.
Enjoy the holidays!
Best Answer@Magicaldeck I had a similar experience with my readiness score. I wasn’t able to exercise like I wanted to in my first 14 days. I had the baseline of a lazy person. Even though I got more active, I was advised to recover after an “intense” 10 zone minute day. I think it’s all based on that first 14 days.
I decided to delete all my readiness data and withdraw my consent. I am starting over on New Year’s Day. I want to start with a baseline that is more like me. I hope it works. The data is gone, but I think my readiness score was 3 for that day.

Best AnswerUnfortunately Santa Claus didn't bring me a Charge 5 😠 and unfortunately Charge 4 doesn't support The Readiness Score even if I'm a premium user.
