My fitbit won't charge today but did yesterday it is a Charge5

I love my Charge5.  It charged fine yesterday.  Today it won't charge.  I tried multiple outlets, even borrowed my son's charger cord [in case it was the cord] and it won't charge at all.  It is down to 49%

My charge 5 is completely dead and won't show anything on the screen. Has anyone been able to fix this type of problem?  Looks like I'm not alone.
