Hi,
I just purchased a Charge 5 a few days ago, brand new, and have been wearing it 100% since that time, for three nights total. I am not seeing any HRV or pulse oxygen data, and the device only thinks I slept 1.5 hours for 1 night. I see my HR during the night and day, so the sensor is working. Is there something else that needs to be done to set up HRV and pulse oxygen and sleep data? These are the only reasons I purchased this device, so hopefully can get it to work.

Hello there, @SGabbard. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Charge 5. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please note since you just bought it, give the RHR a few more days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
For more information about the data you want to see, please take a look at these help articles:
How do I track my estimated oxygen variation in the Fitbit app?
How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?

Maria,
Resting heart rate appears to be accurate, and I see data for that in my health metrics. The pulse oxygen and HRV and sleep information show no data. I'll give it a few more days and see what happens.
Thanks.
