The premium subscription I bought with my charge 4 transferred to my 5 and ran out and I was due a free 6 months. After much time on hold I got it.  However the so now says it has to recalibrate my readiness before I get a score.  My scores are in history how doI get it too accept my existing calibration?..TIA

Hello @DDSRPH

According to this Fitbit help article here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2470.htm#  If you already received your first score, to  make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours. It might be because you changed to another tracker that it needs a full day of wearing to recalibrate. That’s my guess but it certainly wouldn’t hurt calling Fitbit Customer Service to get your concerns addressed.
