For a few weeks I had a very nice, lean and simple clock face on my charge 5, some days ago it dissapeared and I got the message that I have to synchronise, after the synch the standard face was back, my favorite face is no longer available.
please give it back to me 😉

Hello @OttJo and welcome to the Community. I believe Fitbit removed that clock face because it wasn't filling the screen properly. I hope it's temporary.

@MarreFitbit Can you please confirm what I read? The Aura clock face, shown here, and Analogish don't fill the screen properly. Is their removal temporary?

All I know is that it was on my Charge 5 for a little while till I got the message that I have to such instead of the clock. It is not available any more. It did indeed not complete fill the screen ( see photo ) but that didn't bother me at all. I liked the lean appearance. Please put it back 😉

@OttJo My question wasn't directed to you. It is directed to the moderator who voted for my initial response to you. I didn't get my information from an official Fitbit site. I'm trying to get an answer for you and other users bothered by this issue.
I'm fond of the Aura clock face, too. I have it on my Luxe.

Have you tried to switch it off and on again or try to just allow it go off and see if it’s okay when you charge again
