After I updated my Fitbit Charge 5 to the latest software update it has NOT been the same!!!!!!!!!! My battery drains within the hour, Fitbit does not sync with app, my Fitbit no longer reads my heart rate nor my sleep. Everytime I let Fitbit know they give me the same 'how to fix it tips' via the manual and NOTHING works! This is bull**ahem** because my Fitbit was fine before the latest update and now it is basically done! Fitbit owes me a new Fitbit! I will file with better business bureau if something is not done ASAP!!
One very unhappy and pissed off customer who is about to give up on Fitbit and move on to a better company who actually helps out there customers because they CARE!!!!!

See the post about the firmware update, and all the responses. Call/chat support, go through all the steps. Keep calling. They eventually had to replace mine when it died completely. And don't yell at the CSR's, they are stuck with the heat for a bad engineering choice.
