Is there a way to get an alert on real time heart rate like if it falls below certain value or just fluctuates too much or there is a sudden drop ? is there a way to notify someone in real time ?

Hello @sk_12 and welcome to the Community. The high and low heart rate alerts have very specific programming. Your heart rate must be outside the programmed threshold for 10 minutes with you at rest. A user might get notified for a heart rate that "fluctuates too much" with the Irregular Rhythm Notification. That feature looks for signs of atrial fibrillation. Irregular Rhythm Notifications aren't given in real time. The user gets a notification, but you can't notify someone else. I don't think a Fitbit will meet your needs.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to write a custom app or enhance the mobile app to process the real time stats and do the actions like alert/notifications/call etc., from the mobile? Thanks.
