Adding my experience to the growing pile of complaints:
I had and loved a Charge 5 until it stopped working last month. I received a replacement pebble yesterday and it won't charge. The fitbit logo flashes only half of the time I put it on the charger but then immediately goes black.
I've tried the 3-pulse restart method and removing/redownloading the app, but nothing lasts longer than a flash of the logo.
I reached out to customer service, who have started the process to getting a replacement, but I'm incredibly disappointed that a supposedly brand new pebble isn't working.

I'm sorry to see the replacement pebble is not working properly, but it's good to see that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. I recommend that you continue the communication so they can let you know how to proceed.
