I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

No, they said your system is not working which is why sleep is not updating. But, they did not answer my question about why the tracker won’t update firmware. If these important features are not working I’m returning the Charge 5 tomorrow. I need a tracker that I don’t need to spend my time troubleshooting.
