New Charge 5 has a rattle

I took delivery of my Charge 5 on 29 September.  Since then I have noticed a rattle which, altough faint, seems to be getting more pronounced.   The rattle is most obvious when I twist my wrist.  Sometimes, but not always, this movement causes the screen display to come on.  Neither of my previous Fitbits exhibited anything similar.

So I am asking whether this is something that is normal for Charge 5, or whether it indicates something inside is not quite as it should be?   Advice from other users would be helpful.

This is caused by the band locking mechanism. Try to push it towards the case and pull away from it. You will hear pronounced rattle.

Charge 5 and the support around it is hopeless. The whole device looks like work in progress and is deeply disappointing.

 

I am saying this because in one normal company at first place they would not release "premium" product with such gaps in the band; at second place they would be insisting to replace it in order to secure your comfortable experience with a 170 EUR device and at third place they would treat customer complaints in forum with more respect.
