New Charge 5 has someone else’s profile and info

I’m new to Fitbit. I set up a new account and someone else’s name and personal info is in my account. This includes DOB, weight, calories, etc. I’m a male and there’s history of a female in this profile. Has anyone had the same problem with a brand new Fitbit? I don’t understand why another user’s personal information is in an account I just set up. Is my security compromised? (And her’s) Do I need to return?

If you factory reset the device, all pair info should be wiped, that being stated if your profile account info was changed than you should change your password and setup 2 factor authentication, but if they associated a Google login mapping it will show on the devices list as a chrome connection. It can't be deleted or removed via the Fitbit App, it must be removed from the Google account side.

Fitbit Ionic 72.1.15 (recalled), Fitbit Sense 128.6.17 and Pixel Watch 2 BW1A.250605.004.
