Having the above problem—no sleep score, low heartbeat notification—since I got the Charge 5 a week ago. Problems could be caused by poor skin contact so tightened the band, and it made no difference. My old Charge 3 worked fine. I switched to Google when I activated the charge 5. Wonder if the switch to Google caused the problem. Or would a different watchband help?
