New Charge 5 since Thanksgiving not syncing well & now iPhone can’t detect at all

I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps repeatedly—hard-booting device, hard-booting iPhone, hard-closing the app, at first because it wasn’t syncing.  

 

Now it can’t detect the device at all.  I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I deleted the device and it detected in Bluetooth and after several failed tries it paired and added the Fitbit device back in one time.  But it kept getting worse and worse and today I had to do all that again, and it can’t even detect it as a Bluetooth device to pair it at all.  

 

I’ve tried doing it on and off the charger; makes no difference.  Fully charged but not Laing.  Other Bluetooth devices still connect fine; just not the Chsrge 5.

 

Please help!
