Bought my wife a new Charge 5, to replace her Charge 4, now her steps and miles walked are 1/2 mile less perhour, we have reset it, deleted acct, reinstalled still the same, she is walking the same amount of time daily, 1 hr. When she walks an hour on the treadmill, before. it was 3miles now with the chg 5 it is 2 1/2 miles
