Just got the Fitbit charger 5 as a gift today and I can’t update it to the latest firmware. Says it keeps failing or just does not even load. I reset my phone Fitbit and everything. No luck

Hi, @OGDOZER welcome to the community, It's a pity you are having a problem setting up your Charge 5, you may find this video useful. Some steps in the process take a bit longer than we might expect. As a new Charge 5 owner you might also find these videos of interest Fitbit Charge 5 - YouTube
