I've just bought a Charge 5 and am setting it up. The Exercises don't appear to include walking but the website and App include it. am I missing something?

I don't remember which ones come set up on the Charge 5 by default (though would have expected walk) but you can change them to you whatever you want, including Walk.

See How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
