Good morning. I purchased a new Fitbit Charge 5 and started wearing it on 4/5/2023 but it is not recording skin temperature. Everything else is working fine. My old Fitbit Charge 5 recorded skin temperature with no problem. I've force stopped the App and rebooted my phone. I've restarted the device. I have a Motorola phone with Android version 12. Hi, I have the same issue, just got the Charge 5, everything works, but no skin temperature.....Did you get yours to work?

Good morning, the Charge 5 needs 3 nights of data to begin tracking skin temperature. So even though I had 6 months of data from an old device, switching devices restarted from day 0. After the 3rd night if you still don't get a skin temperature reading then call tech support. They are quite helpful and answered my questions in the past. Good luck!
