New Watch Face Problems? Aura & Analogish

We got two new watch faces for the Charge 5.  Aura and Analogish.  Has anyone else noticed that the resolution isn't right on them?  In the preview they take up the whole screen and on the actual Fitbit everything is half that size and too small.  I waited for ages for new useable watch faces to be released and they dont' seem to show up properly.

This has been passed on to the team and I wanted to thank you all for your feedback and let you know now that these clock faces are no longer available for the Charge 5 and are only available for Luxe and Inspire 3.

Yes and they are not centered! When I saw them on the watch I was laughing and thinking what the heck??? Does Fitbit test their clock faces?? So disappointing

yes same it's like it's not fitting the screen, too small.

Same problem and also disappointing that Fitbit (Google) would release something without properly QA’ing it. @Fitbit surely you can fix this quicker or at least respond accepting knowledge of the fact there is an issue and tell us an update?!

Same. I reached out to Fitbit - they’re saying the device is “damaged” as a result and are replacing mine. I had assumed this happened as a result of the latest update? So will replacing it make a difference? Will they now replace everyone’s device? I’ll see if the two new faces on the replacement are corrected but not holding my breath….🤞

Do you have a contact at Fitbit that sorted this for you or how did you reach out directly? You based in UK or elsewhere in the world?

@SunsetRunner I messaged them through Facebook messenger. But you can just go to help on the app on your phone and click on contact support. I’m in the US. They are saying they don’t know what is causing the problem and I believe they are randomly replacing it. I have my doubts that the replacement will be any different if it’s due to the latest firmware release. The charge 5 has been problematic from the beginning…but if more people report this issue, maybe the software engineers will look into it.

This is because they grabbed these straight from another device and decided not to port it properly and just throw them on. Fitbit has honestly stopped caring about their customer experience lately.

@SunsetRunner nope, same issue and according to Fitbit they are aware of the problem and working on it … and doesn’t sound like it’s a priority for them either …

Morning, Initially I also thought it might be my Fitbit, but everything works otherwise.  i'd love to use them but they've never worked properly.  I've called twice to get someone to listen and maybe get a different opinion but they say the same thing.  They can send me a replacement.  I'm interested to see if a replacement makes a difference but I would think not...  Good luck!

Another user posted that the Aura clock face was removed.  That user didn't mention Analogish.  I'm trying to get a moderator to give an official Fitbit reply to this.

@LZeeW  both watch faces were removed with no date as to when they will be fixed and brought back
