Hello @Tadbonkers 

You're describing an app issue. Are you an iOS or Android user?

Also, are you using the regular version of the Fitbit app or the Public Preview/AI Coach version of the app?

Hi there, @Tadbonkers. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your sleep data is not transferring after the update. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

I was wondering the same thing as @RiekoC. Is your data not showing up on the Fitbit app or the Charge 5? 

If you haven't done so already, please restart your Charge 5 and force-close the Fitbit app. Afterwards, please sync your device and check if your data appears.
