New band for Charge 5

Purchased new band and have been unable to fit it. Looked on UTube and had several other people try to fit it to no success. Are there numerous types to fit this model?

Hi @Janice2014  directions are on pages 13 to 14 of the user manual - click to see. Your best fit is always a Fitbit authentic band. Third party bands often do not work well.
