Why are the new clock faces "unavailable", in the Charge 5 app?! It's aggravating to see them there, and we can't use them.

Those new clock faces require the latest firmware that has been released for the Charge 5. But as this version is under suspicion to cause issues on some of the Charge 5 devices out there, it seems to have been drawn back from roll out.
My Charge 5 didn't receive this corresponding firmware update and runs fine whereas my Mum's Charge 5 did get the latest firmware and runs fine as well.
