My Charge 5 was at 99% when I went to bed last night and this morning at 3%.  It's brand new, WTF?

It's been an issue for weeks, mine is only 3 months old and suddenly won't hold a charge, when I contacted customer support they were no help at all. Hoping there will be another update soon to sort it out.
