Today I went running outdoors for the first time in several weeks. Periodically during my run there were alerts on my Charge 5. The first was yellow, with a figure of a runner, then orange alerts, then red. I was wearing an old pair of eyeglasses, so I was unable to read what it said. Are these heart rate zones? Something else? I had never seen these before.
