New watchband now wallet won’t sync

I had deliver a new lunar white watchband and now my Fitbit wallet won’t sync. My wallet info is there but it won’t go to my Fitbit. I’ve put back on my old watchband and it still having trouble. I’ve been using my Fitbit to pay for months without a problem until now HELP….., pls

The timing of the new watch band might just be a coincidence.  Did you do the firmware update recently?  Sometimes settings get changed or switched off.

 

It might be worth checking the settings.  Also check for App updates and make sure your Charge 5 is up to date too.

 

If everything is as it should be, it might be worth trying to Restart your Charge 5.  Scroll down from the Clock Face until you get to Settings. Tap, then scroll down to Restart Device. Tap.

 

 I hope that helps a bit.
