I purchased my Charge 5 on July 23 and the battery started draining super fast- it literally lasted 24 hours. I contacted support and tried some of their techniques- GPS off and restart but no use, battery is still draining fast. Not sure what to do, return or wait for their updates? This is so heartbreaking. My Charge 4 was working excellent!

Hi, @AfreenKhan! That is definitely strange and unexpected. I don't know how long mine lasts, exactly, but I've been wearing it for months and charge it infrequently enough that I can't remember when I charge it (less than once a week, I think). If you can return it still, it might be worth doing an exchange, maybe you just got a bad unit.

Ask for an exchange. If you look at other posts here, you will see that the Charge 5 has long standing battery problems.
