No Charge 3,4,5 options on fitbit connect pc application

Hi, I'm trying to sync my fitbit charge 5 with my pc (as my phone is non-compatible due to it being android version 7.1). The fitbit connect application is not showing any option for the charge 5 and I cannot scroll. Thanks.

Hi @debz01  unfortunately you can't set up these devices on your computer.

"REQUIREMENTS

  • To set up Fitbit Aria Air, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, or Fitbit Versa 3, you must use a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Android phone. You can’t set up these devices on a Windows 10 device."
