Hello

there I have a Fitbit Charge 5 bracelet. I wanted to download ecg app. but I couldn't find it in apps. What should I do?

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the ECG feature. 

Could you please confirm what is the country where you currently reside? Keep in mind that unfortunately the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment, since this feature often requires the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use. I recommend that you review this list to check if your country has been added.
