When using Track on Exercise, the Default map shows the path correctly, the Path map shows low and high paces on the track.   The Heart Zones only show the trace in gray and it says "Not enough heart rate data available"  It does the same thing on my wife's premium account.

How do you get the Heart Zones to display on the track of your walk?

@Handeman   The feature you are using is called MobileRun.  That feature is designed for older trackers that don't have an Exercise app, like your Charge 5 has.  I used it with my Fitbit One and Charge HR, if you catch my drift.  Please use the Exercise app on your Charge 5.
