No Longer able to receive or change notification settings (Charge 5 Android)

I can no longer find the menu for getting notifications on my Charge 5. I no longer get any notifications (Google, text, etc.) Where did the menu go?  (I've tried restarted and followed guidance from other posts, but the settings menu only has "Push Notifications" (from Fitbit) and email notification (which go to my email). I am trying to get my texts, etc. on my actual fitbit device like I used to.  Thanks!

Hello @blelisa 

There's a different place in the Fitbit app where you go to setup notifications from your phone. This help page has the steps to get notifications from your phone to your Fitbit (<-- click link)

Please let us know if you still need help with notifications.

The problem is with Step 3, those options are not in my App. I went back
and rechecked everything else again. There is no option to choose Calls,
Text Messages, Keep, Email, etc.

Step 3. Set up notifications in the Fitbit app

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon your
device.
2. Tap Notifications. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your
Fitbit device to your phone and allow the Fitbit app to access
notifications. For more information, see What should I know about using
the Fitbit app on my Android phone?

3. Choose the types of notifications you want to receive and the app you
use most for each category. You can choose 1 app per category. The most
common apps for these features are:
- Calls—Dialer
- Text messages—Messages
- Calendar events—Calendar
- Emails—Gmail

Thank you for letting us know where you're getting stuck.

Although I'm not sure that this will work, you can try clearing the cache & storage/data for the Fitbit app on your phone. Then do a force stop on the app and open it. You'll need to log back in after clearing the storage.

Let us know if this worked & if you were able to complete the Notifications setup.
