No charge, charge 5! Joke! I will cancel premium.

As with many others, my charge 5 won't hold charge. Up until end of December it held charge for 7 days, now lucky if it holds charge for 2 days. The app says its 66% full battery and when I put it on charge, the charge 5 says that too (but with the wrong time!!) but take it off charge, it dies! It seems these battery issue posts are being ignored by support, so the only option is to cancel my premium and go for a different brand as this isn't the first issue with the charge 5. My first one became unresponsive after 11 months, it was replaced with the one I have now which has lasted about 12 months before this issue started. It appears fitbit is unreliable and they don't care!
