Food log not working

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I tried all of the above and still no barcode scanner and the search function still doesn't work.

@sebcarp-71   Yes, this is a widespread issue and Fitbit is aware.

I'm trying to enter food in the log. I click the magnifying glass, and type the food. Nothing happens after that. No foods come up in the list, so I can only log foods on my Frequent, Recent, or Custom. I've restarted my phone & the Versa 2, cleared the cache in the app, uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Nothing has fixed this.

I am having the same issue on the Fitbit app.  Very frustrating.

I did all that and nothing happened. It’s gone into the ether. So what did you guys update and forgot to connect the food database? Because it ain’t the community.

My experience also.

Totally non-functional. The app says it's 'undergoing maintenance.' Very frustrating. And completely unsatisfactory.

Same as all of the previous comments. Food data was working fine Wednesday then Thursday I would type in a good item and nothing. Recent entries I can pull but I can't pull anything new. Try all the task previous commentors have done and nothing.

None of the approve recommendations work.  I rely heavily on my food log to track my carbs since I am type 2 diabetic.  Do you have an estimated time for the solution?

Is everyone's food database still not working or is it coming back at all? Have they put out an update? This is ridiculous.  I wanted to go premium again to help through this weight stall but now I'm reconsidering.

Today I’m not able to add any food type on the App.
No one type of food is showed when I try to add something into the research field. I tried to disinstall and download again the app, with no result. How can I solve this issue?
