My charge 5 worked fine until 2 days ago. I use my app on an I-phone. I wear my fitbit on the dominant wrist. I have been using my Charge 5 for a couple of years. Suddenly it has stopped displaying some but not all data. I have screenshots of my fitbit app below.
My app also syncs with another health app that I get through my husbands work and I get paid for the information so I need to get this fixed ASAP. Thank you for your help.

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 5 yet? If not, that's usually the first troubleshooting step to try. This page has instructions for doing a restart for a Charge 5 (<-- click link)
I noticed that you're not seeing any heart rate data. Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? That's the heart rate sensor. You can check by placing your finger over the back of the device. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.
If you don't see the green light, check the Settings menu on your Charge 5 and confirm that Heart Rate is turned on.
