In early November my heart rate data stopped syncing with the app, or stopped saving it. My Fitbit shows my current heart rate, but it seems it doesn't store that data. As when I sync, the section "heart" says, no data, and I have no heart rate data from my day.
Its extremely frustrating as this is one of the main uses for the Fitbit.
I called Fitbit twice but they have been useless, they have no idea why its not working, nor a timeline for when it will be fixed. Completely rubbish. It seems I've got a Fitbit which doesn't provide give heart rate data for my day.

Hi @654Becky678 ! Welcome to the community !
Thank you very much for your message about your daily heart rate data, and I am sorry to know you have this problem.
Could you confirm if this situation concerns the "heart" tab and on this tab, you don't see any graphics?
If so, this is a matter that our team is looking into closely.
However, several users found that the issue was resolved by changing the time format of their cell phones from 12 hours to 24 hours (iOS System).
To do this, on your mobile:
Settings > General > Date & time > 24 hours > Slide to ON.
Then restart the Fitbit app (closing it by swiping up), reopen the app and see if the graph appears. This should instantly resolve the issue.

Mario you are a hero, changing to 24 hour setting worked. Obviously not a full solution, I have it on 12 hours as that's the format I prefer. But until the bug is fixed having it on 24 hours is great!! Thank you, I searched for any sort of answers and never saw this suggestion. Much appreciated.

I had the same issue since I updated my phone and have been searching everything for an answer. So glad I saw your post and the answer from Mario. Obviously not ideal for me to have 24 hour time but will stay with it while it works 😊
