No heart rate

Until yesterday my Charge 5 has worked well including with the latest update. Now the lights that normally show on the underside are not showing and I cannot get my heart rate, my sleep nor my oxygen saturation. Any thoughts?

In order for your sleep and oxygen saturation to track properly your heart rate needs to be enabled. Is it possible that you might have accidentally disabled the heart rate? Go to the gear settings icon in your Charge 5 and look to see if your heart rate is on. If your heart rate is indeed on, try trying it off then go to the Fitbit App and force sync your Fitbit. Then return to the heart rate on your Charge 5 and enable it and again go back to the Fitbit app and sync it again. 
if this doesn’t fix the issue try restarting your Fitbit. You will not lose any data performing a reboot. Just open the Settings app again on your Charge 4 and scroll down an tap restart device then tap restart.

I am having the same issue.  I verified that heart rate is enabled under settings.  I turned the setting off and back and synced.  Then I did the device reset using the charge cable.  Still not working.
