I previously owned a Sense, but after two years- and having to replace it two times because it was faulty I decided to try the Charge.
However, when I go to log a workout that I have done (but that isn't on the device itself) the heartrate isn't showing. I am a 100% that the Charge logged the heartrate.
Why have all this addiotional workouts on a fitness tracker app when it can't show me how my heartrate was during the workout?? With previous devices I didn't have this issue.
I've tested this out with weight training, spinning, pilates, yoga and circuit training. But no heartrate is showing after I log the workout. I am super annoyed and conaidering ending using fitbit now after 7 years. I feel after the new launch of the app it's all going downhill.
