No info showing on my phone app

I uninstalled the app 6 weeks ago because it kept malfunctioning. 
I reinstalled it today on my phone. Twice. (fairly new iPhone)

My phone app does not show steps, heart rate, zone minutes and sleep.

Bluetooth is working and is connected. I disconnected and reconnected.

Useless!

For all the money paid for this device I expected better quality.

Thank you for sharing all this information about what you're experiencing with the app. I'm sorry to see that you're not able to see your information. 

If you're still not able to see your data, please try the following steps: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your information. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
  • Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone's operating system are updated to the latest version available.

I have done all that. Updated my phone to the newest operating system. Cleared cache. No change. 

Uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it again. 

All I can see is: Exercise, Mindfulness, Blood glucose, Menstrual health, Weight, Water, Food.

 

The ones I am interested in: Heart Rate, Sleep, Hourly steps are not available. 

 

I would like a refund for this watch. The app has only worked for a little while

Please tell me how I can get a refund

I installed it as a new device. 

So far so good. Hold off on your refund for now and let's see how long it will work.
