I perused this community for an answer. I honestly couldn’t go through all 300 pages, but did dig deep enough to get frustrated at not being able to find an answer to my question. So…
I have a Charge 5. Haven’t used it in a while. Of course there have been firmware and app updates in the interim.
I recall that in prior use, when, say, walking, the Fitbit would buzz me when I reached a mile increment and tell me the pace of the mile just completed. I also recall that on the app you could change the distance for these splits. I’m not longer getting the split notification while walking and can’t find where to turn these on or change the split interval. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

Hi, @FSH1 , you have posted in the Charge 5 forum, so I assume that this is the device you have (the exact details vary depending on which Fitbit you use)
From the opening, Today, screen click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch). On the next screen click on the picture of your Fitbit device (Charge 5). On the Charge 5 screen choose Exercise Shortcuts. Click on “Show laps” and then choose your settings. Make sure you sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes in the app!
