My Charge 5 no longer records heart rate zones on the map of either when I’m walking or cycling. It used to. Still buzzes when I enter cardio or peak, just doesn’t record it.

why?

@Last_Jedi   You are describing an app issue.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  What version of the app do you have?  Can you include a screenshot that shows the problem?

Iphone.  Worked last week on both walks and cycling.  Just started about the same time as the sleep portion went to hell, so I figured this was another "update" from Google. The Fitbit shows 80% battery, so it's not a power issue.  Oh well.....
