My morning alarms have failed to.go.off for the last 2 morning's. I've set test alarms after waking for both 0545 and 0555. Neither of which have gone off. Device was restarted with and without cable yesterday.

Same here. No smart wake for 2 days even after reset and re add. It is the sole reason I got the charge 5. Did you have smart wake too or just normal alarm?

Yes same here !!

Normal alarm here. I nearly overslept !!

Just normal alarm.  My evening ones have been working ok to let me know it's time to get sorted for bed and the test one I did this morning at 0630 worked.  It just seems to be my 0430 and back up 0432 that aren't working.  My 3rd back up of my phone alarm has had to wake me up at 0435 the past 2 days.

Same for me. No alarms 2 mornings in a row. Figured I’d check here for answers and your message was at the top of my feed!

Can this be related to some data that came from fitbit services to our trackers? It seems so, since we started having this issue exactly at same time. Are there any fitbit moderators left in this forum that read our messages or are we ignored? I have the feeling that the product is somehow ignored since there are more than 8 months without any FW update. Based on experience with other companies (Garmin, Apple, Suunto) they deliver FW on almost monthly basis...

There has been a few times now where their updates have broken something else.  Alarms seems to be common one as well updates causing issues with health metric data.

Same issue here, suddenly no alarm for the last two days.

I don't recall a device update but this did happen after a full charge.

Not impressed.
