Charge 5 has always been slow to sync. Sleep data can’t be viewed on the device itself, only through the app. Recently, I stopped getting reminders to move or notifications when daily step goal was reached. The app is up to date, and my phone is up to date. Anything I can try?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Sara1000000.
I appreciate all this information that you've shared about these problems that you've been having with your Charge 5.
If you haven't done so already, please try restarting your device and check if you continue to have the same problem to check your sleep on the device and to sync:
In addition to the restart, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
Regarding the problem you mentioned with the notifications, please make sure the Do Not disturb Mode or Sleep Mode are turned on, as these features prevent the device from receiving any notifications.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
