My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10. Beginning a few days ago I'm no longer getting notifications on my Charge 5. WhatsApp, texts, Facebook, Messenger, etc. None of them showing up on the Charge 5. I have logged out of the app, cleared cache, force stopped the app, and nothing seems to work. I'm hesitant to uninstall and reinstall though. Up until a few days ago it was working fine. Please help!

Hi, thank you for all the information that you've provided regarding the problem that you've been experiencing with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried, @DRL85.
Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 13 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

I actually have the exact same problem. Everything was working fine with app notifications, then one day it wasn't. I still get call, text and Outlook Calendar events but nothing from other apps such as Facebook Messenger, MyFitnessPal, etc. They're not even listed in the "App Notification" list after my phone receives a notification. I've done everything in the troubleshooting steps multiple times, unpaired/re-paired at least 3 times and still nothing. (And even for the notifications I do GET, I now get multiple times for the same thing, e.g., one night at midnight I received notifications for an event that was in my calendar for 8am the previous morning!) I loved my Charge 4 and thought this would be an upgrade but at this point it's a dud. Please advise.
