No profile pic on app using Charge 5

Just moved to a new Charge5 and I an upgraded app and I can't find my profile pic to update settings (I want to edit the exercise shortcuts etc).  Top right shows the settings wheel.  Top left shows the amount of charge I have.  I've got the free fitbit premium subscription trial.  Any idea where I can find my pic or how I edit what appears on my device now?

Welcome to the community, it is nice to have you here, @Poppycat23.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your profile picture, you can follow these steps to change it and see it:

- Tap the You tab .
- Under Community, tap FriendsthenYou.
- Tap the camera icon next to your current profile picture.
- Take a new photo or choose an existing photo. In Fitbit child accounts, choose an avatar.
- Save your photo.

Also, what information are you referring to that you're unable to see?

@Poppycat23   It’s my understanding that you see a gear as long as you have a Fitbit account.  You get your profile picture once you migrate to a Google account.  Learn about moving Fitbit to a Google Account
