My apply chaim refund has been approved for more than 9 weeks.
No refund received, what happen from Google/Fitbit? I have contacted your customer service many times after 6 weeks, and only said that I would continue to wait or hand it over to the senior management. So far, there has been no email reply.
Charge 5 has been stopped by you for a long time. Please google/fitbit to handle it.

@Odyssey13 Six weeks after the scheduled refund, I contacted customer service once on the first working day of each issue to inquire about the refund situation. But every reply is "only said that I would continue to wait or hand it over to the senior management. So far, there has been no email reply."
