Ever since 12/15/22, no resting heart rate data has posted on my Charge5. Have had no success trying to restart Charge5 hoping that might fix issue - can't locate correct setting. Very frustrated!!

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. If your device is misbehaving, restarting it by performing a restart in the settings menu sometimes isn't enough. I'd suggest to restart it following these instructions:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds to see if the Fitbit logo appears.
